What we collect, and what we do with it.

Filed & Posted is a service of SkyLimit LLC. This page explains how we handle information you share through filedandposted.com.

What we collect

When you request sample posts, we receive your name, firm name and city, and email address. When you book a call, Google Calendar shares the details you enter with us. When you email or call, we keep that correspondence.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare your samples, schedule calls, and deliver the service if you become a client. To build samples we may look at your firm's public website, reviews and social pages.

Who else handles it

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website host. Email runs on Google Workspace and bookings on Google Calendar. Each handles data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Client materials

Logos, brand files and reviews you share as a client are used only to create your content and are not shared with other clients. We never ask for your social media passwords.
